Amerikick Hurricane Relief Drive
Attention Students, Friends and Family Members of Amerikick:
Hurricane Sandy made a devastating impact on Staten Island, New York, which is home to two Amerikick Schools. A small Tsunami struck many areas including South Beach where up to 8 feet of flood waters washed away cars, houses and personal belongings. Our fellow Amerikick students and their families are still without power. Many have lost everything.
Amerikick is designating this week and next week as donation weeks to help the Amerikick students in Staten Island. We are asking all our Amerikick Schools, staff, students, families and friends to participate. Any donations of any kind would be greatly appreciated and will directly help the victims.
Non-perishable foods, toiletries, water, clothes, baby supplies and daily basic essentials are being asked. If you wish to make a monetary donation, make checks payable to Amerikick.
You may drop off your donations to any Amerikick School. Amerikick will coordinate the delivery to our Staten Island Amerikick students.
Any questions you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.
